Deployment

Aside from a SaaS deployment option, the firm also provides iOS and Android apps. This web-based software and its app work in a straightforward manner, allowing users to track deals, handle documents, invite people, and change account settings on different connected devices.

SmartRoom ensures data security through SSAE 16 and AICPA AT-801 I certification and advanced technical solutions — monitored by Microsoft Azure.

Documents are securely encrypted in the SmartRoom database hosted on Microsoft Azure and secured efficiently with encrypted algorithms to keep user data safe and out of unwanted reach. It allows users to revoke access to documents or destroy them even after they’ve been shared and downloaded by users via its smart lock feature.
